‍We offer certified translation, interpretation, voiceover, and desktop publishing (DTP) services. All services are provided in accordance with Canadian industry standards and by qualified language professionals.

‍2. Estimates & Orders
‍Estimates are provided free of charge based on the documents you submit.An order is confirmed only once payment is received (e-transfer preferred).If you have any questions or corrections, you must inform us during the draft review stage.Final translations are delivered by email and regular mail; XpressPost is available for an additional fee.

‍3. Client Responsibilities
‍You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting an estimate or placing an order.You agree that any documents you submit do not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful content.You are responsible for reviewing the draft and providing timely feedback.

‍4. Cancellation & Refunds
‍If you cancel before work has begun, you may receive a full refund.If work has started, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion based on completed work.Completed and delivered translations are non-refundable.

5. Limitations of Liability
‍While we take every measure to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Clients must review translations before submission to any third-party authority.

‍6. Intellectual Property
‍All source documents remain your property. The translated version is for your use only and may not be reproduced or resold without our consent.

‍7. Governing Law
‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.

‍We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
